Why to Study | Is Education Important

Hey, Friends! Welcome to my blog, ‘WordsMeltPriya – The Socio Queen’.

Though this blog is based on the general niche which will cover everything, yet I thought to start with one of the most important niches, that is, Education.

And with my first article itself, I am here with two basic questions, one is ‘Why to Study’ and other is ‘Is Education important’. Though these questions seem to be simple, yet only a few of you might know the answer. I will try my best to settle you all with a satisfactory answer through this article. But if you want to add something to it, then you are most welcome.

The aim of education is the knowledge, not of facts, but of values.

William S. Burroughs

First of all, you all tell me that ‘what is the first thing which strikes your mind when you hear the word, Education?

If you would ask me, then I will say that KNOWLEDGE GAIN is the term which strikes my mind when someone asks me about education or study. Education associates well with knowledge gain because it gives us a pleasure to know the world around us. It helps in developing our perspective towards life and helps in building our opinions. In simple words, Education and Study make us capable of interpreting the things in a better way.

Why to Study

Experience and Knowledge are the two things by which we can solve all the general problems of our lives. The experience only comes in handy when we have already faced the similar situations in the past. On the other hand, the knowledge comes in handy in solving all the general problems we face in our lives even if we don’t have any experience about the same. But do you know that where does this knowledge come from? The answer is STUDY.

The study we do in schools and colleges, not just help us grab good scores and job, but even help us in landing in the real world and show them what and who we actually are. The study has no end, which is the best part because it is everything which we do learn in our lives. Some people might think that it is boring, but it is actually not the theory which you read in books.

From learning ABCD to your first class test, from your first assignment to getting the degree, from your first kiss to the biggest work of your life and till the last day of your life whatever you learn adds up to your knowledge, that knowledge is also called study. The things you learn in school, college or at your work is the study of knowledge and everything else you learn in your life is the study of life.

Is Education Important

Education is really important in our lives. People usually say that ‘work is life’ and you even might have heard them often. YES, it is true. But do you think that study really works? According to me, NO because I think that studying is a practice. To explain this, I would take an example of a Teacher or a Professor. When a teacher gets his or her degree for teaching in schools or colleges, he/she actually does their work (job). But to get the job, they have to go through the training (practice). In the same way, you too have to get ready for the job with lots of practice and this practice is ‘Study’.

Education not only facilitates our knowledge, but it even helps in facilitating our skills and learning. It significantly helps in changing our mind and personality. Education helps in attaining positive attitude in life. It is really important to have a proper education to develop confidence within us and building our personality. Studying significantly helps in making us ready for the jobs or work which we are going to do in our future. It actually prepares us for every situation and everything which we will be going to face in our lives.

It is really important to have a good and a proper education which helps in the economic progress, nation’s success, personal advancement, life goals, increase social health and social status, solutions for solving the environmental problems and much more. With the advancement in each and every field, the modern education system offers people with distance learning programs which help in removing the social issues of inequality and illiteracy among people.

WMP Factor

Both study and education interrelates with each other. And there is an old saying, “The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in war.” So, you should always try to learn everything which is necessary or everything you like to because it’s just going to help you face challenges which will be put in front of you throughout your lives.

An uneducated society can never think on the rational lines. I can give you an example here as well of the time before Renaissance period when people were ignorant and illiterate which made them fought mindless wars of bloodshed. In the modern era, the importance of education has been seen through many ways in our lives.

The study can be boring, but at the same time, we also know about its value and importance in our lives. Lastly, the most interesting thing about the study and education is that these are the only things which nobody can steal from you.

In a nutshell, I would like to end this article with a quote by Nelson Mandela, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

I hope that you all have got the answer for the question ‘Why to Study’ and ‘Is Education Important’.

And I have already conveyed you, people, that if you want to add something to it or you want to ask anything, then you can leave your comments below or you can even contact directly.
